To be far to GK, AR has had consistency troubles in many cities. His ceiling is so high though that I would not rule him out. I remember a game he played as a rookie where he looked dominant. You are right though about the minutes. He has to play to show anything. Maybe one day he will dominate in practice and force his way in to some minutes.
