Assuming lincecum is back to his old self and dickey continues his dominance.

    Giants
    Blue jays
    Tigers
    Nats
    Dodgers
    Reds
    Phillies
    Cardinals
    A's

All these teams basically have 1-2's that cancel each other out. Some have questions of consistancy on the back end. the A's are a year or two away from being a top 5. The giants have 4 pitchers who can pitch with sub 3 era's. the bluejays and tigers have solid rotations 1-5 who have better track records for health than a couple teams below them. The dodgers 3-4 guys have shown inconsistancy in the recent past while the 5 is either inconsistant or unproven. The nats 4-5 have question marks while they need to rely on another stellar year from gio.

What do you mean back to his old self?

Like his former Cy Young performances? Because that's very unlikely to happen again.

Even if he comes back to half of that talent, SF is looking pretty scary. Here's hoping seasons like Lincecum, Lester and Romero's are one and done situations. I think i still have Nationals and Rays as #1 and 2 with Jays and Giants coming in after.

Hell, even with slightly better Lincecum they are still super scary. No team wants to match up with the Giants in the playoffs, regardless of what the end of seasons stats will say. Their past two playoffs (WS especially) have been some of the most historic team pitching performances ever.

Gio is going to regress he's more like a 3.20-3.50 era pitcher Ross detwiler has a MLB era that is better than his minor league era that won't last. Haren's back is a question mark. I don't see that rotation matching what they did last year, even with a stronger zim and stras. I do think they have a good 1-3 who can pitch sub 3.00 era's but their 4-5 can throw era's in the 4 or 5's easily.

The rays, I underrated them after trading shields, their in consideration in the top 10 or 5.

Dodgers look super deep for sure, But Nats with Strasburg in the rotation all year will be something to be feared, especially in the playoffs.

    In no particular order:

    Jays, Giants, Dodgers, Nats

If Romero can return to his former self then the Jays have a chance to run away with it.

It has to be the nats. I am expecting Gio to degress a bit; but he is still a great number 2.

    Strasburg ace
    Gonzalez almost ace
    Zimmerman great 2
    Haren great 3
    Detweiler amazing 5

I would take this rotation over anybody's. period. And the scary part is that strasburg doesn't have a leash

All this talk of Gonzalez degressing and nothing about Jeff Zimmerman's ERA going up...3.51 FIP/3.78 xFIP...Does he continue stranding runners and not giving up HRs at the very Zimmerman friendly rates he's been getting?

Both are pretty solid candidates to see a drop in performance from 2012 to 2013.
