So, I know it's a bit of a long shot, but Cobb is within striking distance of the all-purpose yardage record. It's going to take 2 back to back monster games from him, but he can do it.
Darren Sproles last year had 2,696 yards total which is first all-time.
Randall Cobb is currently at 2,241 yards which is 9 behind Ahman Greens 2,250 yards which is an all-time Packer record.
Cobb is currently averaging 63.7 yards a game receiving (but he's become a huge part of our offense more recently), 18.1 yards a game returning punts, and 68.8 yards a game returning kicks.
If he gets those numbers in back to back games he'll get 301.2 more yards taking his total to 2,542 (putting him at 4th all-time).
If someone wants to check my math, that would be great. Math was always a weak subject for me, but I think that's right. This is the site I used.
I know it's going to be tough for him to get, but it's certainly possible. Figured it's something to keep an eye on.
