Melo had a couple three's that would of brought the roof down if he hit em. Joe Johnson and the two backup guards Watson and Bogans have the touch for the Nets.
I can live with what Brook Lopez is getting offensively a lot of difficult shots.

7-12 from three, need much better defense in that area.
Can't get beat off the dribble and Kidd cannot cover JJ, don't like that match up.

Why is that surprising? Look at the Mavs without Dirk. A decent team but not a top notch team. Besides if you had Amare and Shumpert healthy the Knicks would be able to survive Melo being out for a longer stretch. But we are kind of depleted right now Originally Posted by Backstabber
