Assuming they are going to win against the team that is #1 in most power rankings? I'm not saying they won't, but that is a bold assumption.

Haven't read around much, but do any of you think Harbaugh goes back to Smith @ Seattle and the playoffs if Kaep gets exposed in NE and/or has a really bad game? I honestly think Kaep will cost us a 1st round bye and possibly an early exit in the playoffs. Btw, I love Kaep and his potential, just an opinion.

Kap has won this job. It would take a total meltdown for him to lose it now. Kap is our QB going forward for better or for worse (for better in my opinion). If we don't get the first round bye, it won't be because of Kap. It will because we lost as a team. Kap has a higher winning percentage as the starting QB than Alex has this season (Kap 75.0%; Alex 72.2%).

I love my Niners getting the big game exposure. It's been a while, and this year has seen plenty of it.

Doubtful. Kaep needs to win 2 out of the last 3 if Seattle wins out to win our division. I think we'll likely need to win all 3 to keep the #2 seed, but we'll see what GB does - GB has the Vike's and Bears still, and they SHOULD be able to beat both teams, but... the Vike's and Bears will have their say in that.

Week 14 Sunday Football: San Francisco 49ers (9-3-1) @ New England Patriots (10-3)

Who plays on Welker? Better be Culliver, I don't want to see Rogers get raped every play.
