Adelman doesn't trust DWill - I have very low confidence that he'll ever emerge into a star.

Adelman trusts Shved early in his rookie year, even in 4th qurters - I'm sure he'll become a reliable starter quickly, and may become a great player.

the biggest problem is, Reddick already makes $8 million a year, and will need a new deal. Chase makes $900k, and also needs a new deal. One Adelaman already likes. Pretty simple.
