It won't let me load the PSD file

What does it say when you try?

OOTP cannot load this database because file world.dat is missing. Then I click ok and it says The loading of the database failed. It is either corrupt or a save-game from an old version.

Son of a *****. The world.dat error is a pain in the ***. When you downloaded the file to the folder you made, did you extract it afterward?

I can't get on AIM, I'm at work.

I think I need to re-download win.zip to extract the file.

I use winrar. You can find a free version on download.com.

Delete the old file, download and extract the new file?

No you don't have to anymore you should see an option to Load online league file in the drop down menu it will download and install for you so much faster
