I can try, but the problem he's describing could be caused by a lot of different things.

What version of Windows are you running?

I might have another gm interested, ThunderUp is a really good gm hopefully we can get his game working

I don't think we've had anyone run it on Vista, but it runs fine on Win7 and they're pretty much the exact same OS kernel. So it should work.

Try launching it by navigating directly to the executable file for the application. Open your "My Computer" icon. Choose the C: drive, then Program Files, then Out of the Park Developments, then there will probably be an OOTP 10 folder. There is an executable in that folder named ootp10 that will probably have the same icon the shortcuts in the Start Menu should have (a baseball with an X over it). Double click that and see if it launches. If it does launch, then right click the executable file and choose Sent To, and then select Desktop. This will give you a new working desktop shortcut.

If it doesn't launch you may have something on the computer blocking it from running, or something blocked part of the installation. If you have any personal firewall software, that could be the culprit.

I use vista and it works fine I remember I had to right click and select run as administrator

The team's all yours. Let me know when you're up and running, I'll reset your password for you.

You can download the league file here. You'll need to go to your documents folder, then choose Out of the Park Developments ---> OOTP Baseball 10 ----> saved_games. Create a folder inside the saved games folder and name it PSD.lg. When you download the league file, save it in to the PSD.lg folder you just created. Then right click it and choose Extract Here. After that you can launch the game and choose Load Game, and PSD should show up as a choice.

And can you post how to fix file since he might have the same problem we all did updating awhile back the whole rename the file in game

What date does your game say it is? It's so much easier updating the file in ootp10 compare to 6.5
