    Serge Ibakas Ceilling?

    What do you think?
Can he reach to allstar level? Or playing alongside W and D is going to hinder that chance?
He really has improved a ton since he entered the league but being in a stacked team can be a problem to completley break out.

bc of his team and bc of the other centers/forwards in the west he wont be an allstar any time soon. but i think the talent is there.

This and once he DOES develop a better all-around offensive game, I believe Anthony Davis will take his spot
    I survived Stephon Marbury's inability
Jason Kidd, Kenyon Martin, Richard Jefferson era
    I survived 12-70
    Mikhail Prokhorov buys the Nets
I survived not getting the #1 pick
    I survived Melodrama
    Deron Williams traded here

    Yes.

He has All-Star potential, but will likely have a hard time getting All-Star numbers being a 4th option on offence behind Durant, Westbrook and Martin.

He's going to be one of those players whose number don't really show how good he actually is. It's like the Bosh/Gasol effect... when both those guys got put alongside Wade and LBJ and Kobe, they saw their numbers dip despite being as good as they had been previously. Only Ibaka just never got the chance to shine on his own.

Is much higher than I thought it would have ever been and I was always very high on him. He has had the most efficient 2 point jumper of any player in the league this season while playing his usual All NBA calibre D. He's still a bit underwhelming as far rebounding goes and as for someone with his athletic ability and work ethic I can see him improving in that regard as we saw last night.

Honestly, I think his ceiling is above his head. That's just my opinion, though.

I think he's actually an underrated rebounder... when he gets starting minutes he averages double-digit rebounding for his career... which is pretty good... he just doesn't get 36 minutes a game like most All-Star calibre PFs. And Brooks likes giving some minutes to Nick Collison who is a solid rebounder himself and also has a great FG%.

He's decent but every season he's played (PT has increased every year) his per36 #s have fallen. IMO he has it in him to be a 16 and 12 type player but right now as a rebounder he's averaging 9.1 even after last night 17 rebound game. His offensive rebounding is down this year however which can possibly be as a result of his increase in mid range jumpers (thus lessening his ability to get solid position to grab offensive boards) which is hurting his overall rebounding but I really believe Serge can grow in that area especially when he plays alongside a sub par rebounder at the C in Kendrick Perkins a great chunk of the time.

Borderline all star, he's not that good of a rebounder nor does he have the body to become a better one.

I see him at a 15-8-3 at max

He can be a legit 2nd option on a team. That's his ceiling.
