Has anyone ever heard Steve Young that emotional? Especially when talking about a QB? About Sanchez, "He should't accelerate the down"

He absolutely shredded Sanchez and the organization. He said that he did believe that Sanchez had the skills to be a good QB but his lack of spark and inability to help the O and his seeming back for driving them downward is a disgrace. This is beyond a quick fix. We need a dismantle, new QB, new coaches, offer rex d cord and sign Gruden if rex declines fire him.

Sanchez simply doesn't have it anymore. He has no confidence and no playmakers either. It's just a terrible combo and he's going to run himself out of town soon.
