Heat, knuckle baller and heat...talking about messing hitters up...then lefty, lefty, heat...won't always work that way every series, but why not start off that way
I like this ... Some people dont like the back to back leftys but I really dont think it matters. Might even throw people off more because a lot of teams rest players and throw a right handed heavy lineup at teams. Make em do it 2 days in a row.

    My rotation would be

    R.A Dickey
    Josh Johnson
    Mark Buerhle
    Ricky Romero
    Brandon Morrow

Yes Morrow as a 5th starter I just don't think he should be above all those other pitchers he hasn't proven it to me yet at least

I love that we get to debate about where to slot RA Dickey, Josh Johnson, Brandon Morrow, Mark Buehrle, and Ricky Romero. You guys realize that in the last 3 seasons, the first turn through the rotation has included such studs as Joel Carreno, Jo-Jo Reyes, Dana Eveland, and Brian Tallet? I mean, holy ****, right?!?

Yup, it's amazing the difference even a year makes. Last year our most exciting move was Cordero. Now we are debating where to slot the defending NL Cy Young champion and 2 potential future Cy Young candidates.

    Good times.

Neither is Josh Johnson, we arguably have 3 aces and 2 2nd in the order guys in buehrle and romero..

    I say

    Johnson
    Dickey
    Morrow
    Romero
    Buehrle

I think you surround Dickey with fireballers and that ****s with everyone.. If Dickey is #1 though then Buehrle is 4 and Romero is 5

same haha, the best part is, when day 4 and 5 come along we don't have to cringe at the thought that our BP will be used by the 4th inning. It really doesn't matter who is opening day starter, they all could be

the reason i like dickey at 2 or 3 is because i want other teams to fee weird....day 1 pure power day 2 pure knuckle day 3 pure power day 4 all defense and day 5 more power

None of this matters if they don't make the playoffs. They will all get about the same amount of starts barring injury and even then, I can see them skipping a start near the end of the season.

Once the playoffs hit, it is about who is performing.
