Best
Larry Anderson for Jeff Bagwell.

when I think of bad trades for the Jays, one that comes to mind is David Wells to the White Sox in a package that got back Mike Sirotka. Sirotka ended up being injured and not even pitching for the Jays. but it wasn't so bad because Wells didn't have much success with the White Sox.

And the Babe for cash, which is the greatest one ever.

Trading away Mike Napoli and Juan Rivera for Vernon Wells and his $20+ mil sitting on the bench. (Also note Napoli then dealt to rival Rangers, and went on to hit 9000 Home runs and bat .824 against the Angels).
L.A. Angels/ Atlanta Falcons/ Anaheim Ducks/ L.A. Clippers
worst trade the A's have made in recent memory was Matt Holliday for CarGo, Huston Street, and Greg Smith.
other than that, most billy beane trades always seem to work for us somehow. Like freaking Andrew Bailey for Josh Reddick, Alcantara, and Head.

Aside from the ones listed one that stands out for me is Rick Wise to the Cardinals for Steve Carlton.
