Like 20 rows up from the center of the third base line.

    What a game.

Yeah, I remember this one. Hawk got hit basically right in the mouth and was down for several minutes. Of course, the benches cleared. But the best part was when he got up and went looking for Show. Players tried holding him back but he went through them like they weren't even there. Good thing Show was in the clubhouse or he would of been broken in half.

600th post, woot woot! That Farnsworth brawl was epic. I met him that year and was like nice take down in Cincy. He laughed and said thanks.

That Barrett slam was phenomenal, I was at that game second row off the right field line where the visiting pitcher warms up. We swept the retardinals not once, but twice that year at home.

Still pissed that an 83 win team won the WS, what a crock of s**t.
"Baby, it wasn't the Cubs fault when that douche bag grabbed the foul ball either, but they don't get a World Series ring. There are no asterisks in this life, only scoreboards."- Ari Gold

Some people are just supposed to suffer. That's why the Cubs will never win the damn series.

It's always been hilarious to me how many Cardinals fans don't remember a thing about that season.

I really liked Lilly.. Had an effeminate name.. ran in an effeminate way.. Yet in every other way he was a gamer.. I'll never forget him plowing into Yadier.. I still haven't seen a Cubs pitcher do that.

Potentially has the worst swing I've seen from a ML player.

Ah yes, opening day with Zambrano going against Sheets and the Cubs rallying in the 9th. All the rain that day completely destroyed my cell phone, but that Fukubomb made up for all of it. I was sitting right in the right field bleachers about half way up for that one.

Anybody who punches A.J. Pieryzdouchebag in the face will also be a great memory.

Jeff Kent makes Barry Bonds look like a class act, so I'm glad it was a Cub who whupped his butt.

KYLE FARNSWORTH is all I have to say.

I can't decide which grand slam I liked more the Barrett slam against the Cards at Wrigley or Nefti Perez slam against the Cards in extra innings in St. Louis.
    Screw sabermetics.
