Defense 3-4 or 4-3

do u want us to keep running the 4-3 defense or 3-4.

i would stick with the 4-3 because we have most of the players we need for it. most of our players fit the 4-3 more than than 3-4.

I selected 3-4 but only if we get the right coach like a Romeo Crennel or a Rex Ryan. If not then I would stick with the 4-3.

Which ever the new coach and personell fit best. I do dislike that Poz hated the 3-4 and was part of the reason he left BUF though. Nothing that'll make or break but hes been such a leader for us

i guess it depends on the type of 3-4.......is it one like the steelers where they are possibly 80% of the time in a 3-4 set or is it like the texans where the basic set is 3-4 but they are usually in a four down set about 2/3 of the time with the outside linebacker being more of an athletic rusher that can rush the passer, stop the run as well as drop into coverage
