Mateo wasn't drafted.
Just read that Some scouts believe Cecchini can hit up to 10 HRs if he just cleans up his swing.
Wheeler is a Classic #2 starter.
By the way the Chat is at 1:30 pm.
Since I am an original subscriber to BA in its first year, 1981, as All-American Baseball News, I prefer them -- although I don't necessarily agree with some of the writers' opinions from time to time. On occasion I write to Jim Callis in particular, and try to persuade him otherwise.
However, the one thing BA probably has better than any resource are connections they have established during the last 30 years -- with scouts, GMs, agents, collegiate coaches, players, etc. They probably are on a first-name basis with more talent evaluators than any other individual or entity.
The drawback to this is that because they have so many resources from which to draw, sometimes I think they go with the consensus opinion, and the consensus certainly is not always correct. Sometimes it is the one dissenting opinion that is correct instead, but which one? Always hard to know or say.

Wheeler is a lock for top 100, Cecchini and Nimmo have a chance for the top 100.
I'd put Flores above Nimmo and Gavin. He is more proven
Mateo has the best slider in the organization huge upside late 2014 call up.
As did Montero, Fulmer and Tapia.
