500 PA: OBP, SLG, OPS, 1B Rate, Popup Rate
550 PA: ISO

I don't get the hate on soriano. Yeah he isn't an MVP level performer at this point but the Yanks have clearly shown getting a guy like that this offseason won't happen. Getting a Soriano would at least give the team a bit of offense added.

If the Cubs eat like 80% of the contract, I'd bite. He's a good enough defender in the outfield and can still hit lefties at a solid clip. His OPS against them the past 3 seasons: .831, .812, .944 in 440 PA'S which is a good sample size.

They never should have let Soriano go, plus they made the same mistake last year by DFA Austin Maxwell who now is one of the top players for the Astros.
