15 million a year is good for Sanchez. Dembster just got 13 million a year at 35 years old. This guy is 28.

Garza/Sanchez/Samardzija/Baker/Feldman/Wood. This is a really nice rotation. Granted the offense is still going to suck, but the pitching should be very good.

I'm actually surprised he signed for 5/75. But good deal for the Cubs.

A healthy Garza, Sanchez and Samar...the ND wide receiver. Makes a nice top of the rotation. Thrilled that the Tigers whiffed on him.


edit: Oh and with Sanchez going to a team nobody expected Gavin Floyd should fetch us something useful.

Castro, Rizzo, Jackson, and Vitters are only going to get better. The Cubs arent as bad as people think after signing Sanchez and Baker.
