If you're not spending the money when you have a huge surplus, what's the difference from when they told us all that the reason the team didn't add salary was because they didn't have the money to do that 4-5 years ago? And if that was the case, then why, with the added boost of success and money, are they still tapping players like Andres Torres as their newest addition?

No, we get it. Some of you don't get that you have to try to keep improving to get better. We're not happy with just staying content with the same team. This isn't a perfect team. Other good teams are getting better, while we aren't. The best signing we can do by bringing in someone outside of the organization is Torres? That's pathetic.

You can not really tell if a team is getting better until games are played. Right now there are just names on a roster. . Only time will tell..
Lets give them a few months and past judgement then.. Sabean just won Executive of the year so he knows a little bit.. And IMO Bochy should have been manager of the year...

This. Winning a World Series (or two) doesn't garner a free pass. I want the ownership of the teams I root for to try and improve the team at every opportunity and attempt to win a championship every year.
