My underrateds are Dialated People's, Jurassic 5, E-40, Lyrics Born, Will Smith.
Will gets hated on so much, but the guy manages to be different on every track, and he does in a clean fashion which is interesting. He is pound for pound as good an MC as there is.
40 gets zero credit and has been forced to earn all the respect he gets. His style and slang gets stolen and used across the nation.
LB is a dope little rapper/singer. If you like J5 and Dialated People's I suggest you take a listen to him.-toGether-

Papoose is underrated because he has never dropped an album
He had so much buzz going for him like 4 years ago and he did nothing with it.
