'Coach, we've got an issue with Kawhi in the arena. Event management called and the lights are not on, and Kawhi's in the arena for two straight days at 6:30 in the morning. And he brought two lamps from home, and he put them up in the arena and shot.'

Any news on Kawhi?! I thought he was only going to miss 10-7 days..?

Shouldn't he be back by now.

I've been trying to figure out the same but haven't seen any update. The fact that he's travelling with the team I would have to assume he plays tonight or tomorrow. I don't know if Pop will play him both nights.

This is going to be tough one, Utah is very tough at home.

One of the guy who follows the Spurs just tweeted me back and said Kawhi still unavailable, and he's on the trip for "camaraderie". We'll see, but it doesn't look like he'll play tomorrow either based on this. Hope Pop changes it up or just isn't revealing anything early.

Tim Duncan is on pace to be first player in NBA history to average at least 17 PPG and 9 RPG in his 16th season or later.

Pop said himself he doesn't plan on playing him this trip. Not sure what that counts for but at least he said it.

Yea I thought he might since he traveled, but guess not. I hope he's close to 100% though.

It's an ESPN game, looks like Blair wants to show off how stupid he can play.

Horrible finish to the half. They're just more aggressive now, Pop will rip them. Lets hope it translates on the court

Tough Loss time to get fined another 250k cuz starters arent playing tommorow.

Also thought it was ****ing hilarious that the Jazz and fans celebrated like they won a championship

Yea that celebration was a bit over the top, but it just goes to show you the difference in teams state of minds. The Jazz are young and got swept by us in the post season, this was a huge win for them. They celebrated how they saw fit to.

I'm most upset that it was a wasted effort for Tim's monster game. I think Pop should've stuck with Splitter than Diaw towards the end. Diaw was pretty off tonight, on both ends.
