Some good came of the meeting. In the first 3 quarters against the Clippers I thought the Raptors were playing up to there potential. But then in the 4th it broke down and the same play style reared its ugly head.

There is little chemistry on this roster. I don't know how much Casey can do to rectify what's transpiring in the locker room. This is where a guy like Jamal Magloire is sorely missed.

well Lowry can be a little selfish and he likely wouldn't hold back if anyone suggestion that so i could see how it could get a little heated.

Lowry has gotten more and more selfish as we've started losing more games. I can sort of see why too...I'd be pissed if I were in his position.

I agree, Lowry can play a little selfish, but no more than a 1a should be selfish, in my eyes. I've been a little leary of Lowry's injuries, the extent/severity, and the timing. It seems when times get tough, he bails. After the Utah blow-out, his injury was considered relatively sever... then an "unexpected" return to Philly says to me that he was telling the med staff he was in more pain than he really wasn(he played great in the games following Philly). I've also seen him waive the trainer over and leave to the locker room for 4 minutes after a wild turnover/mild collision. Last night in Portland, that was a routine "hitting the deck." It then went to tricep injury, evolved to a knot in his back (as per Casey after the game), and now it turns out to be a shoulder?! If Lowry is as fragile as he's appeared in the first 22 games, and the preseason, we're no closer to a point gaurd solution than we were with TJ.

Yea, they were good friends before his NBA days and I guess management assumed that with Williams being good friends and Casey liking Lowry, it could work out.
