I hate this fool, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to enjoy him in 2013.

    Grinder type we need.

I have always feared Youk as a hitter and I think he's an awesome guy both on and off the field. I love this signing and I wish him nothing but success. I only hope that Girardi has the common sense to put a guy that handles the bat so well high enough in the order to take advantage of his RBI potential. Youk is also a clutch hitter. Thank GOD NY finally has one of those under contract for 2013. I'm so looking forward to watching Youk in pinstripes. For all you doubters out there, mark my words Youk will have over 75 RBI this season and will be a cog in the lineup by the end of May. Wait and see.

We lost 2 grinder types after the 2009 season....Youkilis will fill some of the lost void...

Since I was banned for being right, I'll just say Youk will be this year's version of Swisher for me. He better produce, or I'll hate him.

    Or Cano for me.

Great job by Cashman netting us AJ.

Anyway.....welcome back man. I missed our little banter.

Gotta say this offseason is shaping up like a capital suck IMO.

Youk is my least favorite player ever. I hate that we signed him but whatever.

Thanks. It's pretty horrid. Maybe they'll make up for it in future offseasons. Only bright side is we actually get to see what we have in Romine.
