Anyone else tuned this team out yet?

I was all in at the beginnig of the year. I was ready to watch, knew that wouldn't be good, but was interested in seeing the new younger more exciting Pistons. Well, that kind of went to down the crapper. They almost had me on for a little longer when AD was getting near 25 minutes and now he's back to sitting mostly and CV's getting a bunch of time with Prince, Stuck, and Max. Don't have any interest in that rerun. Someone email me when the young guys play. Out.

Nope still along for the ride. No matter how bad or good we're doing still a fan and supporting them all the way.

No because we have been a .500 team since the 0-8 start. I would be really interested if we had a different coach though.

Nope. I won't go out of my way to watch it but if I have a chance I will turn the game on.

No, I'm not going to stop watching just because Kim English isn't getting minutes. I'm pissed Drummond isn't playing more minutes, but I know it will happen eventually.

It is ridiculous and its causing most all of the casual fans to dissapear but the die hards will still be there.

Look how empty the Palace is! It's a joke. Obviously the fans want to see the young talent play.
play them and we will come.

I'm with you. I said it last year and this year. If you are expecting a playoff team you are mistaken. This learning and growing curve is going to be a rough ride. If you aren't prepared to get on board maybe its time to cheer for another team. Part of the problem I can see is many of you came in when we were at the top of our game and defeat isn't an option. Many of you have never gone through those years and years of losing with no hope. You have to take the bad with the good if you are a real fan.
I love winning as much as the next guy. Maybe more since I have seen many more losing seasons than you have and it isn't even close.
I know I'm ready for whatever happen this year. Next year and the year after. Unless we overpay we won't be getting any top FA's to sign so its either build through the draft or trade for them. And we don't have many trade pieces so guess what?

I never really tune them out, I might not give 100% attention but I'll still have the game on the computer screen whenever I can.

I STARTED getting interested in basketball the year we signed Charlie V and BG... I was interested in seeing the building process and seeing where we would go from there. I have been watching and cheering for them since then, even in the bad times. I have been telling everyone that will listen to watch HOW we get good and not just to wait UNTIL we get good.

This year I think this is finally starting to happen and I actually bothered two of my friends so much that they caught a game and decided to watch more frequently because they think the same as I do... there is some talent on this team and its only a matter of time and a few moves away from being a good one.

So no, I'm not tuning them out and I have actually watched more games this year then I did last year. We are above 500 after that road trip and although we make mistakes and lose some games, we at least are competitive and have a chance to win them. I call myself a die hard fan, which some will call unfair since I just started a few years ago, but I think if you are willing to watch a team even in the worst of times then you earned the right to call yourself that.
I can't think of any classy or interesting signature at this time, but I've finally posted enough to be allowed to have one so I am exercising that right anyhow.

I 100% am with you. I might not have started to like basketball until later in my life, but as long as I am a fan of this sport I will be watching and rooting for the Detroit Pistons.
