Its a bad thread for sure... He's not gonna win DPOY, but he is probably the best DT in the league...

He doesn't get the credit he deserves is what it comes down to

    He caused the butt fumble..

That in itself at least earns some votes.

I'd be ecstatic if the only thing that Mark Sanchez is remembered for is "The Bumble"

Underrated player, he could certainly be in the discussion considering he outplayed candidate Watt last night and has had a great season.

VW won't win, he won't even place. However, he's playing one of his top seasons this year on his way to Canton. DL's under BB don't pile up stats most look for when voting for a DPOY, but like when Seymour on the Pats, he's had games when he dominated, and didn't get a single sack or tackle.

Interior DL's often have their best seasons from ages 30-35, so he should be around for awhile.

6/27/09: “We expect [Rondo] to play by the rules and be a leader as a point guard. We need him to be more of a leader,” Ainge said. “There were just a couple situations where he was late this year, I don’t know if he was sitting in his car, but showed up late and the rest of the team was there. We have team rules and you have to be on time. He was fined for being late, he said he was stuck in traffic, and it’s just unacceptable.”

Vince has been great this year, but he's not gonna be a factor in this.

Vince is the man and is the most under appreciated player in the league dude is a force and should get dpoy consideration but he plays a position where he won't get numbers for serious consideration

Vince is on my list of players i would start a defense with

Shouldn't even be in consideration to win, let alone win.
To some, he was just a boy. A boy who played football, a football player that grew to be a man. A man that took over a city, a city that he made his own, a city that stands behind him in hopes of becoming one of that cities all-time greats. To some, 2013 was a fluke. To some, he can't do it again. To some, he got lucky.

To us though, to the Philly faithful, that QB is Nick Foles. To us, that's our QB.

Ngata and Justin Smith disagree with you.

Ngata plays 3-4 end and I'm fairly sure everyone considers Vince Wilfork better than Justin Smith.

    Smith is definitely great though.

    Big Vince For DPOY

Vince is an absolute monster. He really controls the O line. So fun watching him play.

But having said that, voters look for the sexy stats. Mainly sacks.

Are you ever going to make a serious Patriots post again, or is this just your deal, now?
