Raking the Atlantic Division

I will take a look at the teams assets and rank them with a number. a plus is someone who is cheap and really good to a negative of someone who sucks and is over paid. Also age is a factor. (note I don't count mle's and minimum guys, and I don't factor in picks) the numbers are 0-50

Boston Celtics:
They have lots of talent however most of it is old and overpaid. Shaq is tough, but he gets a massive -20 because of his contract size and age. pierce is also tough being a 30 year old expiring who will cost a max or he would be higher.

The heat are tough they have assets, but none of them are worth very much. Frank williams was tough, but I have to give him a neative as his contract isn't worth his current production on this limited team. Then JR Smith his ratings are awesome, but his production lacks.

How is AK negative 10 value? 10.4 rebounds a game, 1.3 SPG, and 2.4 BPG. I'm not playing him for his offensive game.

Mo Will should be a negative for the Wiz as well.

I just gave him a negative because he makes 9 mill a year and is really bad on offense. I might move him to a zero.
