    None currently...

They have hopes for Duda outhitting his poor defense in LF, and Kirk finding a more consistent swing to be an everyday CF (or mostly everyday)

    That's about it..

Do you mean a guy who can actually play the outfield or a guy the Mets throw out there and pray for the best? If it's the latter then I can name Lucas Duda.

I understand Duda is a terrible fielder however why do people act like a prospect with just over a year experience at the major level is this complete waste of time all of a sudden. Before last season started everyone was riding this guys nuts because of the power potential for the middle of our line up.

It takes a few years for most prospects to contribute and learn. We can't just throw everyone away after 1 year. The same goes for Kirk and Mejia.

Duda has had his shots. He's going to be 27 in February, so he should have broke out already.

Kirk is still 25 and Mejia just turned 23 a few months ago so they have time.
