That can't be true, my eyes tell me that Kap is more dynamic and throws more touchdowns because he can make things happen with his feet! If only Moss and Delanie didn't drop those passes! If only the offensive line blocked more! It's all Roman's fault for not opening the playbook enough, he is the real problems because cap throws lasers and can never be stopped, ever!

What happens if you throw their rushing TDs into the mix?

Not counting the STL game, Alex has 12 TDs in 8 games. Or 1.5 TDs a game. He also had 5 INTs in those 8 games or .625 INTs a game.

Kaep is tough b/c he would come in on those gimmicky plays. However in his 4 starts, he has 5 TDs or 1.25 TDs a game. But he did have 3 TDs in the gimmicky plays that I'm not accounting for just like Alex did have 1 TD in the STL game before he got knocked out. CK only has 1 INT in his 4 games or .25 INTs a game.

If you subtract INTs from TDs (yeah, nutty's personal made up stat), then Alex has less than 1 TD per game while CK is averaging 1 TD per game. So does that mean CK is clearly the better option? lol

It's tough to compare these kinds of stats just b/c CK uses his legs way more than Alex ever did like Lakers eluded too.

Also, I agree with Kyle. There's no point in discussing as we all know that CK is the QB and will be unless he gets hurt.

And I still stand by what I have said all along, it's not the QB... it's the coaches.

Yea, I'm done with this whole Alex -vs- Kaep thing.... Harb's named his starter, and for better or worse he's the guy that needs to win us games. And that is really all I care about... Win's -vs- Loses.

I just wish we would stop dropping balls in the end zone. Randy Moss hasn't done anything but drop passes for us.

Are you really blaming Moss that he didn't catch a bomb with one hand while the other was in an arm bar?

ALSO....zito and smith are similar in that they were **** on for "under performing" but once zito got run support, and smith got coach support then tables turned, if anything smith shouldn't get as much credit for his performance, JH and crew deserve more credit than they are lauded..
Stats from 2 years ago don't mean anything. Thats why people don't bring them up. You use those stats to compare careers not whose the better option right now.

Btw, I'm one of the guys who feels Kaep should be starting.

Those are correct for Alex, but CK is 43 to 1 and would be better if it weren't for Walker's drop and the blatant PI on Miami yesterday that was missed

Kaepernick literally puts it in his hands. It was beautiful.

Hand* his other arm was blatantly held by the Dolphins defender.

    ....and yup!

Officiating has been very poor this year. Started with the replacements, but the reg refs have been pretty bad too. A LOT of missed calls this season.

It was a great throw. But, we can't really blame Moss for dropping it since his arm was held by the defender.

This drop was all on the defender and PI. Moss was were he was supposed to be, and Kaep dropped that ball in exactly where it had to be.

Like I said before... Moss got mugged, and I'm pretty sure he filed a police report too as the guy took his wallet.
