If you want full back development use straps. Anyone who says otherwise meh
raw, or did you use straps and belt?
my best, with straps and a belt, is 465.... without straps and a belt, its probally literally 100 pounds less...
my grip strength is just pathetic right now..
ive been doing more reps lately, easier on my lower back. grip is slowly coming up.

most I've ever deadlifted was 350
and I haven't deadlifted in over a month :cry:
I don't think I've ever used straps to deadlift honestly.

It may be the latter. I usually use the foam roller and stretch for about 10 minute before any leg work though. Squats are the only thing that is affected really(close to 100 lbs less) Leg extention, hamstring curls and calf raises are still really high. I'll save the leg press for a cool down at the end of my work out then.
