ive used straps in the past for deadlifts. I now use mixed grip and can lift as much as I could with straps so my grip isnt the limiting factor anymore.

No I havent had any problem. If it was double underhand I would be more concerned. I rotate the underhand hand every set

There is a pretty big chance of tearing the bicep i going heavy and using an underhand grip. I go double overhand all the time.

I love straps for heavy dead and heavy shrugs. Don' t use them on light to moderate weight because I want to strengthen my grip

same especially with 3+ rep sets. I'm at the stage where I need to build a back more than I need improved grip

at some point I'll scrap the straps but for now I throw them on for my last set normally

I got the free pair with my last order from BB but I never take them with me. I figure it's best not to, to strengthen my grip

I use the sally straps for heavy deads and shrugs.

And now that I hurt my right wrist I use them when I do anything with db until it heals
