    With those players being dealt from Tampa, Starling, Odorizzi, or Myers have to be part of the deal from the Royals i would have to believe.

    Not if Myers fails to hit his ceiling they are not. The Rays have to compete in a tough division with limited resources and they just gave up one of their two aces. They have a really good team now, so giving away current assets for longer term assets may not be in the Rays best interest.
