Tuck at tackle: Kiwi at end.

This idea seems fantastic to me. we need some force on the inside and i think tuck could provide some. hes not getting to the qb like he used to and kiwi is a stud at rushing the passer. i had high hopes for austin but i guess he hasnt panned out. our line would be nice.

    jpp,canty,tuck,kiwi.

    any thoughts?

No tuck will get injured playing DT and he wouldn't be affective anyway!

The fact that he's been getting beat all year by 2nd string injured OL gives me no reason to believe simply moving him over will make any difference

I think they're already doing this in some situations. Fewell moves his DEs all over, except Osi.

Tuck was huge as a DT during Super Bowl 42. Stray was getting so much attention on the outside that Tuck was able to run wild on pass plays. That game alone turned Tuck into a Giants legend. I get goosebumps thinking about how the Giants D-Line dominated one of the greatest OLs in the NFL. Unfortunately, that was a long time ago and Tuck has not shown that same type of aggressiveness and has had many nagging injuries.

I am not big on what if's, but man, what if Shaun Rogers was clogging up the middle of the DL this year?

Think we found the problem here. Get JPP at LE and Tuck next to him at DT.

This forum really makes me laugh some days. Tuck actually suggested this himself back in the summer and This has been going on for awhile now. Do you even watch the games?

So you essentially want to take Linval Joseph, who's been playing very well and shows extreme promise out of the lineup...

I noticed at least one play last night where they had Tuck at DT and JPP at LE and Brees had to throw it away because the pocket collapsed immediately

Joseph has been average with a couple of good games here and there. Anyway Tuck at DT wouldn't work. He'll get hurt
