We're going to lose, but by how much?
When is Nash coming back?
Let's get ready to Shiva!!!!!!!!!!!
Love him or hate him, call him overrated, a punk, chump, and whatever blasphemy you people speak, fact of the matter is there is no denying he's the best of his generation and will go down as a top 5 player ever...what he has done for the NBA is amazing he's the biggest name in basketball all around the world and his chase for number 6 continues! All that matters though to us Laker fans is #17! Lakersnation! #16to17
While all you guys are mad after the laker loss I'll be going HAM with 20 bucks
Obviously I'd prefer to win rather than lose, but my main interest in watching this game is to see if the Lakers are learning anything or not. I think the last game was the first game where I felt like the team took control rather than simply running the other team out of the gym -- or falling apart and losing.
Turnovers and ball possession are going to be huge. If we're at our season average I think OKC creams us. If we can hold it closer to ten, we should be in the game. Rebounding has also been overlooked in the Pau-hating frenzy over the past couple of weeks, and it's a big part of controlling a game.
If Dwight is able to bang the whole game, and if the rest of the team plays defense, I'll be happy. If Kobe keeps his turnovers down and his percentage up, I'll be doubly happy. And if the team recognizes which of the OKC players are hot and need to be shut down -- and actually do that -- I'll be impressed.
