I will go in an add 2014 tomorrow. I think this is a good idea, mainly cause I am a numbers guy and freakishly enjoy this stuff, to keep track of the Yankees payroll. To me, it is interesting to see who comes off the books, who is still on the books, and what that means going forward.

If you guys see an error from what I did above, or if I forgot a player, let me know.

Also, I am not sure when the true arbitration numbers come out. You can assume all those players with a (?) are due for a raise this season.

As it stands now, we are at about a $170,000,000 payroll. Higher than I thought.

Your offensive numbers don't add to your totals. The total salary should be about $15 million higher. Also, you can add Nix, who is $900 K & Aardsma who is $500 K to your signed contracts. So we are already in the #180 millions.

What would be nice is if insurance payments actually reduce the salary used for luxury tax purposes, but I doubt it.

    Quick question.

Is Igawa still pulling from the overall salary structure?
