You guys gotta stop acting like were a 1-man team. Melo sits out we will obviously adjust but we still have a good team, we will share the ball, let our PG's run the show with their pick and roll prowess and have 3 point shooters all over the floor. Miami's D is weak. We could give them fits without Melo just like the Spurs did. The ball movement will probably be better and there will be more space.

Obviously were not a better team without Melo, but were not a 1 man team.

I kinda wanna see how this team fairs without Melo against an elite team. I also dnt want Melo causing more damage to himself. He usually plays prematurely in these situations and winds up hurting the team with his play anyway.

Sucks if he doesn't play but its one game. It really means little except for seeding but we took the 1st one at home and they would take theirs at home. Us and Miami are the only 2 unbeaten teams at home this year. Winning tonight would be great and a confidence builder but everyone will still say its meaningless until we win in the playoffs. Make sure Melo is healthy and its only 1 game in a long season.

I agree with this, but we do use Melo a lot to bail us out, someone is going to have to step up other than Felton, simply because trigger happy Ray hurts more than he helps.

Sounds like he probably will end up playing, especially considering its a lacerated finger in his non shooting hand. But it would be nice to see how this team responds if he doesn't. I just hope they stay competitive

Melo could play, but no be 100% ready ... and have like a 10 for 27 , which would not be good at all

Lets be clear on this..... if the Spurs... WITHOUT Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili can push Miami to the limit and have a shot at winning... then so can we if Melo does indeed sit out. STAT had a huge laceration in the palm of his hand. Did you see that tweeted pic of his injury? That **** was ridiculous. It was stapled not stitched. Melo has 5 stitches in his finger. If he plays, its shouldn't effect him too bad. Guys play with messed up fingers all the time in this league, Kobe did it for like 2 straight seasons.
