    Cubs Select RHP Hector Rondon (Indians)

    Rule 5 Draft, Cubs pick was #2.

    @johnmanuelba
    Cubs take Hector Rondon from Indians and @benbadler and I wonder if Indians system will lose much more

    The Astros really ****ed us over there... First they leave the division so we can't say "at least we won't finish last in our division", and now they pull this stunt on us... Well played Astros...

    Yeah, we need to suck more than them next year and find out who they like and just pick all of their picks away from them, just to get revenge.

    hes a starter turned releiver last year due to tommy john and then after that an elbow fracture. heard he's been getting his fastball up to 97-98 and has experience as a starter pitching in AAA made it back to AA as a releiver last year after the injuries

    I understand why you're might be angry, but I think Josh Fields has shown us enough in his MLB time that he's just not that good.

    Wrong Josh Fields. The one we are talking about has never appeared in the majors.

    He's a solid pick for the bullpen. Power arm for the back. Can he break ST with the team?
