APRN is about the same has PA, in terms of skill set, and what the can and cant do.
the benefit of the aprn, is you can get adn, and be RN after 2 years, then do a rn to aprn and have a masters degree. And while your going to school doing that, you can be working full time, which adds to your skill set, and making a really really good income.
being a nurse gives you lots of options to stay were your at, or change scenes frequently, and advance realitivily easily.
Bachelor's in History with a minor in Political Science. Also have my Bachelors in Education as well. I plan on completing my masters in education over the next few years.
I got a B.S. in Chemistry, a B.S. in Biochemistry, and an M.S. in Chemistry.... right now working in industry/medical and I really like it but contemplating either earning my PhD or Law Degree so I can do patent law as well.
But like I said... currently I like where I am working and it pays well which helps. Kind of disappointed there are no fellow chemists on here though.
And yes... I have my degrees hanging on my wall LOL
