Thats the list, thats all of the players he has his name on 100%. And of those Pouncey is the only one you can say is in the top 10 at their position. Hell I wouldn't put any of them in the top 15, Bush would be the only close one.

I've been saying this for a while but mostly everyone on here(including you) said that was baloney. I find it funny that you're changing your tune after Derek wrote a post crediting Ireland for bringing in Wake, Dansby, Staks, Hartline, etc...

And if you believe that Ireland had full control of this team on September 7, 2010 you would be more patient with him considering he only had two years to clean Parcells' mess. Are you going to give up on a GM in just two years?

Ireland has been GM since 2008 so he has had some say but since we are only counting 2010 onwards then his misses are much lower as Henne and White are no longer attributed to him. also means he has only had 2 drafts to turn this franchise around and 2011 + 2012 drafts have both been good drafts

I had not seen legitimate news on the date till recently.

Really though if you split the date and look at before then, BP brought in some good talent. Few screw ups, but positives out weighed the negative ones.

If Ireland did get fired (I don't think it's at all likely) then I wouldn't want Smith from the Chargers. I pretty much only like two Chargers on the whole team, Weddle and Gates.

2012 draft netted us Tannehill + Miller

Miller is an elite talent and Thomas is having a great season and we got a franchise QB

also got us Marcus Thigpen + Kevin Burnett.

2012 draft netted us Tannehill + Miller

Miller is an elite talent and Thomas is having a great season and we got a franchise QB

also got us Marcus Thigpen + Kevin Burnett.

DT suck and don't forgot about Reggie Bush, that was a great trade for us. He was also able to find Clay, Wilson, Matthews late in the draft.

Daniel Thomas (Traded up to draft him, 3.5 career YPC)
Clyde Gates (4th round pick, cut after one season)
Charles Clay (16 catches in two seasons, likes to drop the ball)
Frank Kearse (Cut before the season started)
Jimmy Wilson (Really the best pick, a Nickel CB...)

Ryan Tannehill (Was coming here with or without Ireland)
Jonathan Martin (Over 30 QB hurries on the season, bottom 50 OT)
Olivier Vernon (Was taken high, has some upside)
Michael Egnew (Has not been active all season, 3rd round pick)
Lamar Miller (Can't seem to find the field due to learning problems)
Josh Kaddu (Was cut before the season)
B. J. Cunningham (Was cut before the season)
Kheeston Randall (7th round pick not much to say, 8 tackles)
Rishard Matthews (7th round pick, has some upside)

I would call neither of those good unless Tannehill turns out to be elite. Last years draft is a train wreak.

Can't turn around in two seasons? I'll list you some teams who have done rebuilds in the past two years, or took two. Four of them this season.

Colts, Bucs, Rams, Seahawks, Bengals, Vikings.
