Combination of both, but dieting is what I lost most of my weight on. I would never really do both at the same time so it would go something like
Dieting- lose weight
Exercising- maintain weight
Neither- gain back weight
I'm going to do something similar. I still want to lose a little bit more weight and then add muscle.
I haven't seen the most recent season (5?) Netflix needs to add it
Someone should dig up the off topic thread/create a new one. Poor Blanton

Nah it'll take longer than that if you want pure muscle weight gain.
