Pippen could've won without Jordan in Chicago (first retirement), if it weren't for a controversial call in the ECSF against the Knicks.
It would have done more for SHEED than PIPP because they were already established at this point in they careers
SHEED was ultra talented coming out UNC and he could do basically what DCOLE could do,minus the cable(handle)
PIPP won 6 as sidekick and would have been a sidekick for his 7th so i dont see the big diff. there unless you want to beat the 'won without JORDAN' ****, but then again didnt PIPP avg 7ppg as a rookie and 16-17ppg for career? not tryin to downplay PIPP's career, but he was who he was...a damngreat sidekick
SHEED was no1 option offtop, or 1A type, he just lacked that DUNCAN type focus, but as far as game, he had everybit or more game than any PF, in history, his post game could damn near match his 3ball and he was legit 6'11-footer
i still recall how he just raped HORRY in those LAKERS games, just flat out raped him on the block
that's 7 championships for Pippen as at least the 2nd option for each one. Top 25 for sure i think.

i think it would have cemented pippen as a top 15 player, the second greatest SF of all time, and perhaps fans might have even argued that he is in the debate for top ten all time (keeping in mind that this would have taken place in 2000, and that Shaq, Kobe and Duncan still had not cemented themselves as top ten players all time).
