CV is a good, young piece.

CV does not fall under these categories.

Sickels top 20 Jays list out, but then again this is the same guy that had Molina #2.

You seem oddly skeptical of a guy who's seen as one of the better evaluators in the game.

Oddly. Love it. I just thought at the time that Molina was a stat based evaluation. (highk/lowbb rate)

I know he relies on outside eyes as well as his own, but in this particular (odd?) case I think he punted on stats. I love all the guys that put their reputation on the line with the scouting lists and Sickels is one of my faves.

Fair enough. And I think in the case of Molina, he was off (cause Nestor isn't looking so good), but on the whole, I find him to be one of the more credible guys out there compiling prospect lists.

i hate how rankings always over rate the guys who are strait out of the draft.

Things will always work out in the end, but if you want them to turn out a certain way... You need to make it happen.

Why? Wouldn't you place a Stroman or a Davis ahead of others based on scouting reports, projection and tools? When you compile a list it's a combination of raw tools and MLB readyness. If a guy has all 5 tools, why would you place a guy who's projected to be a pen arm ahead of him? If you want overrated, look at Norris.

I hope AA doesn't waste it. It looks as if he's not going sign any decent FA this year.
