no power, average speed for a CF. looking at this defensive numbers, look quite average. perfect pinch hit kind of guy.

Anyone have anything on any of our guys in winter leagues? Stats?

Nope. Jays are not in line to gain any picks unless they trade for the competitive balance picks which i expect them to.

The old rules made no sense. How were teams getting compensation for **** free agents like Gregg Zaun or Miguel Olivo, I'll never know. Much more even playing ground now.

Oddly. Love it. I just thought at the time that Molina was a stat based evaluation. (highk/lowbb rate)

I know he relies on outside eyes as well as his own, but in this particular (odd?) case I think he punted on stats. I love all the guys that put their reputation on the line with the scouting lists and Sickels is one of my faves.

Fair enough. And I think in the case of Molina, he was off (cause Nestor isn't looking so good), but on the whole, I find him to be one of the more credible guys out there compiling prospect lists.

Why? Wouldn't you place a Stroman or a Davis ahead of others based on scouting reports,projection and tools? When you compile a list it's a combination of raw tools and MLB readyness. If a guy has all 5 tools, why would you place a guy who's projected to be a pen arm ahead of him? If you want overrated, look at Norris.
