**Bogaerts' numbers here are a very small sample size. However, he posted very similar numbers over 434 PA's in A+, other than the BB/K. Just notice the 5 HR's in ~100 AB's. That's a pace for 30+ home runs in a season from a short stop.

These are just some of the guys being mentioned. I figured many of us here don't actually know anything about these guys, so I figured I'd make this thread.

These are all statistics from each of these players' highest level before the major leagues.

I don't feel confident that Dickey will return to the Mets and if he is traded they should get back more than minor league players. We need someone MLB ready now.

The way the team is constructed and 2014 being the target date to start competing guys like Olt, Leonys Martin, Myers can start to help us look to compete around that time.

If the Mets could pull off a deal with the Rangers it would be great.

where would we play Mike Olt? He's a 3B and obviously won't be playing there and as long as we still have Ike he won't be playing 1B either... would be really be fit for a corner OF spot? Any know what to expect on defense from him in the OF? I feel like if TEX is a match, Olt would most likely come our way. I'd love Myers but unless we include at least someone like Familia with Dickey, we aren't getting him.

    We'd play Olt in RF.

Or trade Ike for 3 more young studs! Hey if we're already giving up on 2013, why not rebuild the whole team. Just throwing it out there!

That isn't consistent with the Mets plan.

I wouldent mind getting kyle zimmer from the royals with bubba, if they dont want to add ODOR with bubba, cuz they said they rather not trade guys that are mlb ready now.

If we can get those ten guys for Dickey, we should do it.
