Did you see the pass? Great form, great footwork, great mechanics. It's obvious that the possibility does exist that Tebow could be a top 10 QB in the NFL just by looking at the film. Sure, it needs to carry over and become more consistent, but that's where Reid and Co. come in to play. They are awesome with developing QB's.
Tebow is very comparable to RGIII, possibly even a better fit here, and I love me some RGIII. He's bigger, stronger, and has shown to be a great leader. He has a body built for collisions. Why would we want Manning this late in his career, at a risk, when we could go out and get Tebow for the next 10 years?
Is Tebow the answer, not by himself he isn't, but with the adjustments that are sure to be made, Tebow could be a huge part of this teams success for a long time to come.
