Here is the question of the day, does anyone think that wealthy people should pay a lower percentage of their income to taxes than middle class people? Don't argue tax brackets, just a simple question. Do you think someone earning 46 million dollars should pay a lower percentage of their income than say someone earning sixty thousand?

I see that point, but how many people can actually afford insurance. Also how many people think that it is necessary to have. Just because you have a license and are suppose to have insurance, doesn't mean that people get it.
Generally, undocumented people have a very strong incentive to obey the law. They'll lose their jobs, their homes, and often their families by being deported if they're arrested. If you could help prevent those outcomes simply by buying car insurance, which is a good idea regardless, wouldn't you do it?
1 Kings 11:3: “He (Solomon) had seven hundred wives of royal birth and three hundred concubines, and his wives led him astray.” -- Biblical marriage. One man, seven hundred women.
ppl clear are ignorant on the deportation process. you think you just pick them up and drive them across the border??? NO. You arrest them, process them, wait for legal challenges assuming they have US BORN KIDS, cost money to fight in court, cost even more to send them back to where they came from. They dont all come from Mexico. Basically, we buy them a plane ticket to send them back. I think THAWV you should accompany some of them to make sure they dont come back. Send them all back home and make fear mongerers, bigots, homophobes, racist pay the cost. Seems like they are the ones that have problems with human beings.

To obtain a license(or state ID) you must be a resident of the United States. you go with your green card and what not to get your license.
Not knocking on you on this issue, but you become a resident before you become a citizen. People eligible for the dream act(if it passes) will become a resident first. Then they can apply for citizenship, which can take a few years.

Too many what Ifs
If you detain and deport illegal immigrants at the DMV, no illegal immigrants will go there.
So our 2 options are:
1. Have illegal immigrants who follow/know the rules of the road to get their license.
2. Have illegal immigrants who don't get licenses and don't follow the rules of the road.
Pretty easy choice for me.
Here is the text of the legislation:

Before everyone freaks out that "the illegals are getting licenses, I suggest a complete reading, because that doesn't appear to be the case at all. But hyperbole sells so if you want to stick with what you've got keep going...
Think long and hard about why you respond to nonsense. Please!
Illegals may get a DL. It's as clear as day.
