theres a reason the pats and lions, the LIONS passed on him Lol im hoping he has a fairytale comeback tho cuz i always liked him. i think ted was so desperate he thought bout callin sam gado Lol
I'm in total disbelief that TT went and did this. I think it's absolutely the right move though. Like someone else in here said, Grant always seemed like a cold weather back, and he has the advantage over every one else in already knowing the system. It's not like he looked washed up last season anyway, so being fresh should make him look even better.
he'l run for a 1,000 yards by the end of the year yet
maybe he'll be fresh and be like starks two years ago in the playoffs!
30 Team Stadium Checklist: 10 to go
1) Yankees 2) Orioles 3) Rays 4) Red Sox 5) Mets 6) Braves 7) Phillies 8) Nationals 9) Marlins 10) Pirates 11) Padres 12) Astros 13) Mariners 14) Twins 15) Cubs 16) White Sox 17) Cardinals 18) Indians 19) Tigers 20) Royals 21) Reds
The thing about Grant was that he got better as the game went on which is what the packers could use when they're trying to hold a lead late in the game. Can he still do that? That's the question
Oggi pensu iu, dumani pensa Diu![]()
The injuries to this year’s team will be a lot harder to overcome vs. the '10 teams. I like the signing. He's very familiar with the system already and he should be in decent shape considering that he's been on another squad already this year.

call up najeh davenport
this signing really doesn't bother me we need the depth because of injuries and he is the only one capable at this point. He knows the offense like others have said and won't have to sit for a couple weeks before getting playing time.
RIP Gene Wilder
Grant's #1 job is keeping Rodgers upright. Remember our OLine people??? With Grant back there they may be able to ease off the max protect help they are giving Barclay and Newhouse. This means that we get two extra receivers on a pass play.
1 - The guy not staying in and helping
2 - Grant... even if he stays in most of the time... the check-down is there. And if they use it... they'll have to account for it.
Need more gravy?
Ball security... Grant is usually pretty secure (and Starks isn't).
We can expect 3.8 - 4.2 average out of the guy.
Is 3rd & 1 solved? No... but even Adrian Peterson doesn't get every 3rd & 1. Look at last weeks game.
