Five rounds went by in the 2000 draft... After 198 other players had been chosen, the Patriots drafted him in the sixth round.
Owner Robert Kraft recalls the night he was leaving the old Foxboro Stadium when he saw "this skinny beanpole" carrying a pizza. "He comes up and says, 'Mr. Kraft, I'm Tom Brady.' I said, 'I know who you are, you're our sixth-round draft choice from Michigan.' "And he looked me right in the eye and he said, 'and I'm the best decision this organization has ever made.' "

It was 60 minutes of a hard fought battle.
If a fan of the Steelers or Patriots does this, then it's typically in response to either a) sore losers who try to discredit each team of their historic success, or b) those who proclaim either team as being in a state of long-term or permanent decline. "We're a game-plan offense, and we're going to try to tailor our strengths against their weaknesses."
-Todd Haley, current Steelers offensive coordinator
"We're not going to change what we do regardless of who our opponent is or who's injured."
-Bruce Arians, former Steelers offensive coordinator

there is a thin line between a good and a bad team, remember the saying "any given sunday?"
also, the "who have they beaten" arguement...
