It would take several years to convert. That is why. You don't have the personnel to make that change.

    ZBS requires ZBS personnel.

You're going to change OL personnel so you don't have to have a FB.

    Are you being serious?

Go look at GB. They tried to do it over years and it's been a joke. We're moving back to power again.

While I agree with you. I wouldn't mind saying goodbye to the O-line personnel here. That is one thing that needs to change. but I still want to keep the power run.
Nothing to see here, move along.

This is true. However, it does work both ways. it is imperative that the scheme matches the personnel. Contradictory to what the Packers have tried to accomplish:

The Broncos year in and year out proved that with the proper personnel, the ZBS IS a scheme that can dominate. We plugged and played any RB on the roster for a 12+/- year period and produced a 1000+ yard rusher every year. The majority of those RB's were low draft picks or free agents.

Let me introduce you to this little, self centered idiot politely called McD (appropriately called "Little Hitler") who in a single off season changed the Broncos ZBS to a PBS while maintaining the personnel who orchestrated those prior years of running dominance using the ZBS. History will show that this self centered idiot regressed the Broncos running game several years.

Conclusion: It isn't the scheme that makes a running game dominant. It is a scheme game planned around the ability of a teams personnel that makes a running game dominant, and these coaches/OC's forcing THEIR scheme on the team's philosophy are doing nothing more than setting their team's progress backwards.

Same here. The dude has a heck of a football mind. There are several teams that could use someone like him.

Until this year, I didn't know the Jags had fans.

This is the most Jacksonville thread traffic in the history of PSD.
To some, he was just a boy. A boy who played football, a football player that grew to be a man. A man that took over a city, a city that he made his own, a city that stands behind him in hopes of becoming one of that cities all-time greats. To some, 2013 was a fluke. To some, he can't do it again. To some, he got lucky.

To us though, to the Philly faithful, that QB is Nick Foles. To us, that's our QB.

Getting signed by them can't be much more promising. Hello Babin.

Because a team doesn't have a lot of fans on PSD ultimately means that team have no fans....

    Seriously?
