Victorino will make Fenway his *****.
Terrible. For anyone saying this is cheringtons doing, it's not. This is Larry Lucchino ruining the opportunity the dodgers gave them to rebuild so him and Henry can sell some Fenway bricks to the fans that still show up to see a 90 loss team

It's a 3 year deal, it's an obvious overpay but atleast it's a short-term contract.
I think it's a year too many, I would be fine with 2/25.

Red Sox in "driver's seat" for Victorino, baseball source says. "Nothing done yet, but getting close,'' source says.

Our 2 top prospects, SS Xander Boegarts and CF Jackie Bradley Jr are still one year away from becoming regulars at the major league level. Ellsbury is probably going to walk next offseason opening up center field, and Iglesias will get his shot to prove himself at the big league level in 2013. (Assuming he doesn't get dealt)
Signing Victorino and Napoli ain't hurting a thing, Sox management is simply filling holes where our other prospects are still a couple years away.

Whyyyyyyyy!!!!! Current reports say Hamilton is going to sign for 4 years with Texas. Why not make a 4-year offer but overpay on the annual salary? We're already giving Victorino 3 years and he's older than Hamilton!!!!
Awful. Awful. Awful.
Makes the pagan signing look a helluva lot bebetter
This ensures we don't get victorino.
You can't spell Victory without Victorino.
And by the way, those pants, they belong to my dad.And they're not really pants,
