    Pau Gasol out "indefinitely"

    Laker's Coach:
Whatever it takes -- one game, two games, 10 games -- I don't know. It's day to day but he's got to be healthy. It wasn't fair (to him). He's trying to battle through some stuff and in this league, you just can't do that.

Bout time, wonder why it comes on the heels of Kobes criticism. Coincidence most likely but the timing is funny to me. Im very curious to see how the Lakers fare in his absence. Been wanting to see Antawn with Dwight more often.
Yo Kobe, get at me bro, we'd have a good time, man

Interesting. Might be similar to Amare where gasol just hurts his team when he plays.

Watch them go on a winning streak now.

He played 82 games 2 seasons ago 65/66 last year plus playing for Spain. I think the rest will do him well.

Mitch Cupchak making sure he doesn't get injured for the inevitable pending trade soon.

    No.

I'd rather keep Gasol and his expiring next year, then go on a spending spree for the 2014 free agent class.

Do not want Amare's contract. Amare's is barely an improvement, if any, over Gasol.

It's funny that the coach who threw him under the bus is being so kind now.

this guy has been playing through pain and everybody arond him has been using him for a scape goat. He deserves so much better than this.

LAL doesn't appreciate what this guy does for the team. Playing through pain like that? Most guys would have been off since the start of the season witht he pain he's been playing through.

I hope Gasol ends up somewhere where he'll be appreciated!

Such a shame, that such a good reliable player has been getting this much heat lately, it's undeserving and kind of sad... He's treated like the next Amare and the criticism is unwarrented... I kind of hope they trade him so he can get back on track..

He's always been criticized for his softness and lack of hustle, even during their championship years. Sure he had a few memorable games for playing tough, but those are rare.

Lakers fans expect only 1 thing, greatness. He's been on a heavy decline for the last 2 years, a 19 million dollar player playing like a 9 million dollar player. Something laker fans will not deal with.

Sorry if your team settles for mediocrity. We dont in LA.
