    Rockets vs Lakers

Since we didnt even have a game thread for that awesome win over the Jazz... I figured I would make one for this game now.

I am so pumped for this game to see if we can continue to play as well as we have at home against a Lakers team that is just falling apart.

Hopefully our starters play as well as they did against the Jazz.

When you look at the stats and Toney Douglas is the best player on you team, you are screwed.

Holy ****ing ****!!! I couldn't watch the game because I was covering a high school basketball game, but I was listening to the last five minutes on the way home and I cannot ****ing believe they won!!! Since Greg Smith got here, I've had a good feeling about the kid. I think he has more than earned a guaranteed spot on this roster right now as the first center off the bench, and I'd love to see the bench guys occasionally step up and provide this kind of production. If you told me this team was going to win shooting that poorly with Patterson, Harden and Lin providing such little production, I would have thought the Rockets lost this game by 20 points. Unbelievable...

Holy cow. I didn't like losing Livingston at the end of pre-season but I was glad they kept Smith. No idea he'd do so well so far this year and he was definately the difference maker tonight. What a game !

definitely glad we kept smith and he has a guaranteed position behind asik coming off the bench. the guy really has a nose for the ball and just has basketball awareness around the rim. good to see him doing well.

this game really felt like a playoff game at the end too. i dont know if anybody else thought so but the crowd was really into it and the chants were awesome. good shite.
